What are some jobs that don't involve high math skills?

i origionally wanted to be an anesthesiologist but the realization that that needs high math skills and i dont even know all of my multiplication tables hit me like a ton of bricks. are there any jobs that dont require a lot of math. i can do it eventually but i really hate it and i am the epitomy of .. not good at it. ill be a freshman in september and id like to start focasing on careers around my sophmore so i can focus on my classes.
