What are the best Cydia apps for iTouch?

I know that apps for the iphone/itouch are updating but for the 1st gen users that cant play the latest apps, do u guys know how 2 use the latest apps using Cydia if so please tell me, because i want to play NOVA 2 but it keeps crashing on my itouch...
