What are some causes of intense dizzy spells?

I am 21, female and suffering from extreme dizzy spells I have history of anemia and migraine headaches.. recently had a CAT scan so I'm sure it isn't a tumour or anything like that. The dizzy spells are very bad when I sit up in bed in the mornings. Thy have become so intense even the blow dryer sound causes one. What are main causes of this?
