What courses should I take to become a social worker?

I want to be a social worker or therapist . Also, what courses should i try to take during high school to become a social worker or therapist.

I am a sophomore in high school. We just filled out the courses we wanted to take next year and I feel like I put a lot on my shoulders with sports and a job also after school. If I do not need to take some classes then I will lighten my schedule up...

i am doing course selection tomorrow for grade 11 courses.. i can do 8.. i need to have English and math.. so i have 6 left.. to become a cosmetologist what courses should i take? other than Cosmotology, which i am planning on taking a 2 credit course...
