What degree is best for preparing to go into Neuroscience?

I an currently enrolled at a community college. I was suggested by someone to get my A.S. degree, since I want to transfer to a 4 year college and study Neuroscience. But I am finding myself liking my Psychology and Philosophy classes more and I am thinking of going for my A.A. instead. If I got my A.A. would I be able to transfer into the Neuroscience program at a 4-year school?
