What happens when you report a photo on Facebook?

Is it against the law or something if i take a photo with an Ak-47 or something and put it on facebook?

Someone commented on my photo on Facebook and I didn't like him so I blocked him.  His comment remained and I tried to delete it but accidentally clicked "like" instead and then deleted.  Does that person still see the like or have I disappeared...
