What if I get caught with a fake ID in Vegas?

my friend is 20 and wants to get a fake id for vegas, whats happens if she gets caught at club tao in vegas? Would she get arrested?Would she get fined? Or just have the id taken away?

I'm going with many people to vegas (I'm from a carribbean island) and I have an id that is identical to the real one... Many people I know has used the same id in boston an didn't get caught. If I do get caught, what would they do to me?
