What is Yahoo 360 Picture?

i don't no what the hell this yahoo 360 and i want to put a picture of me and not my avatar

I save is picture more then two years ago i see lot of time I want now but not find please help me thanks

I would like a picture by my info when I answer questions. I saw this as an option when editing my profile. What is it and how do I get a picture on my profile?
