What is my pop3 server?

Hi there, I recently signed up with Yahoo and I'm trying to figure out how to run Yahoo through Windows Mail. I just need to find out if it is a POP3 server of an IMAP and what is the incoming email server and the outgoing email server? Thanks

When I contact by email on a website they require the outgoing and incoming servers used before I can send them my email. They say incoming is POP3 or IMAP and outgoing is SMTP. I don't know if there is something else I have to include...? or how to...
