What is the best, cheapest printer with cheap ink?

I need the best of the best with the cheapest ink cause my 10 year old printer eats up $40 of ink everytime I need a replacement.

I am looking to buy a printer / scanner / copier for my classroom. I need a good quality color printer but can't afford to pay a ton for ink. Any ideas? Thanks!
