What is the fuse number for the radio in a Volkswagen Passat 1999?

The radio, and everything else underneath and around the climate controls illuminate but the climate controls don't. I've tried but been unable to figure out which fuse to replace (which slot).

I just bought the car today, and i am pretty certain its the stock radio, however on the radio there is a place to put in tapes. But there is a CD button, but theres nowhere to put CD's? Am i just missing it, or is there no CD player?

I have a 1999 VW Passat and the fuse box Number 30 slot which operates the sunroof will not accept the fuse. the fuse just sits loosely in the slot, I have the right size it is just not fitting. Does anyone have any suggestions. Also none of the dome...
