I am going to be living in Arusha Tanzania from Sept-December this year to do an internship. I don't know how to find a room/house to rent and would appreciate any help. I usually look at Craig's list, but there is no section on Tanzania. Help!!!

I am traveling on bus from Dar es Salaam to Arusha. I want to get a feel for what this journey is like. How long is it? What is the atmostphere? What kind of people travel on the buses? (it is a cheap bus) What scenery will i pass? Thanks!

I went to Tanzania 8 years ago and did a train journey to Singida and loved it. I desperately want to fit a train journey into my trip this year but understanding the train routes is tough to say the least!
