what would be the best kind of e-business someone can start up?

For a project i have to come up with rent costs, utility costs, labor costs in general, costs taht have to do with starting a business... But i dont know the costs involved( fixed and variable) and what kind of people i wold have to hire and how much...

what will i do to compete. or do you know something a home based business without buying anything

since i don't have that much capital to start the only thing i can start is something internet related and there are so many scams out there i don't know where to go can someone uide me?

I need to file for one. Oh and how can i see if someone's using the company name I might be interested in using? thanks
