I am a 17 year old girl and I'm 5'6" and I weigh about 132 pounds and I really want to slim down for summer. What foods should I avoid and what should I eat to promote a fast metabolism? I'm not comfortable with my legs, butt and thighs. I also want my stomach to be more flat and my love handles to go away. What's the best exercising habit to have?
