What's a good quality camcorder for under $300?

Im looking to find a really good quality camcorder that has HD capability or good quality so I can make some good quality youtube videos. I was looking at the JVC Everio at Best Buy for 270, but I still dont know if there is any better quality camcorders...

Im 15 and i want to buy a camcorder. I want something like a FS-200 If you have one, is it a good camcorder? if you don't have one then whats a great camcorder for less than $300 that has great quality, can take pictures and easy transfer to computers...

This will mainly be used for going to local band shows and what not. Needless to say the memory on a camera and the sounds quality are not cutting it. For the christmas list this year i'm looking to get a new camcorder. I'm really aiming for good sound...

Well im looking for a camcorder that is high in video quality and sound.. but SIMPLE!! not some Professional camcorder. and something decently cheep like nothing higher then 100? and also something that can connect to my computer to upload, thanks
