i plugged it into my dock and all of the sudden the screen turned white. i didn't drop it, get it wet, or anything! i turned it off for about an hour and when i turned it on again, nothing happened i've looked online and the only things i've seen are to hold down the lock and home button for a while, or to plug it up to a charger. neither of these have worked for me. PLEASE HELP p.s. the warranty is up and my dad gave me his old phone so my contract was just renewed
