How can anyone possibly know this? Even the most senior city planners would not know this. But this guy is continually asking the question like he thinks there are people on here who can somehow see into the future.

And single-family home neighborhoods? And what will be the dominant form of transportation in California, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Los Angeles?
