When will the TYR Tracer Rise be available?

I'm just seeing other peoples' opinions: which is better - the TYR Tracer Rise or the Speedo LZR? Don't just say the LZR because it is most popular.

I dont wanna hear about the lzr, I've used b70 and lzr b70 is better. So whats better rise or b70?

Or are these the same two swim suits that go by different names.
