Where I can I find a reliable free domain name?

Whenever I search for one I only find those that give you a free host when you bye a domain from them, but I already have a domain. Also do you know if I make the site on somewhere like a .tk website, can I transfer that into my own domain? Pleaseee...

Have searched so many sites, they all say Free domain registration, but you have to pay for the Name itself. I don't mind being a sub-domain on someone else's.

I am devloping a shopping website for my startup, the front end is HTML5, CSS3 and some java scripts where as the backend is PHP for connecting to the mysql database. I need a space in web to test it weather it is working good and some other testing...
