Where can I find a program to customize my car?

Ok, so since the new 2011 Yaris came out, I could not customize or find the 2010 Yaris on Toyota's website. So does anybody know how I can find this?

I want a Chevrolet Equinox but can't find the exact one I want. Can I just order it directly from Chevy or have a dealer find it and then ship it to their lot? How long will this take? (I have until July before I need it, so time won't be a huge issue...
