Where do I buy fireworks in Houston?

I know bottle rockets/pop rockets are banned in Texas. I live on the outskirts of Houston where fireworks are legal, so dont reply "Fireworks in Houston are illegal." But there has got to be somewhere where they sell bottle rockets!
