Where is anti spy on tool bar?

i can't find yahoo anti spy, i like yahoo anti spy for the tool bar it's my favorite i wish it was back on my tool bar

I have the Yahoo tool bar set to store my settings to use on any computer. I cannot find the anti-spy program button anywhere .
