I have a Dell Dimension 2400 and want to add an inexpensive wireless router to be able to use my Kindle Fire. I have a Comcast internet modem. I looked at the Cisco E1200 and the D-Link Systems ethernet adapter. Actually, I have no idea what I should be looking for. If distance is a consideration, I would be using the Kindle within about a 500 sq. ft. area, but mostly right near my computer. Another question is, if I turn off my computer (which I do every night), will I lose the wireless connection...
