Why can't I change my Yahoo profile picture?

when i change it it goes to a picture of when i was 14 years old, im trying to change it to a recent picture as im 19years old i submit it, it shows its changed then when i go on profile its the old profile picture.............. WHAT

It uploads correctly, and i go to crop it, but once i do that it wont show up in the list of the picture i can chose from. all i have is the "no picture" icon, my avatar, and my picture now.

when i go to my profile it says my picture is what i want it to be, but when i answer things the other one shows (the avatar)

I can upload photos from my computer to an album. But im unable to change my profile pic..
