Why can't I get on my messenger?

my grand daughter in Fla is on yahoo mail but she cant get on yahoo messenger, she has tried everythuing, why cant she get yahoo messenger

this has been goin on all day ,,,not fair to any one cant get into messenger and talk to our friends

Ive tried everything and still cant get into yahoo messenger. When I sign in it keeps coming back to sign again again. I dont know what to do. I changed my password with yahoo, but not with messenger. Iwas wondering do i have to start over with messenger...

i have downloaded both messenger 8 and 7.5 i can get into both mail and web page but not into either yahoo messenger..when i try to open messenger it cuts off my computer and when it comes back all of the icons are enlarged and the screen looks funny...

I cant understand why i cant get the Yahoo skins to go onto my messenger. Can someone help me please also am i using the yahooskins site wrong? thanks

i have yahoo messenger so whats the deal why do i only have the 2.0 and java and not messenger chat ??

when i had yahoo messenger 7.0 i could listen to the radio but now i have messenger 8.1 and i cant get any stations to work at all.....

I have had this problem of cant connect to yahoo messenger and decided to remove and reinstall the Y!messenger completely. But still not connected eventhough have tried all type of connectiong setting in the prereferences. I even turn off the firewall...
