Why cant i send or recieve files?

I can send files from my phone to my mac but i cant send files from my mac to my phone. I've tried everything, like pairing and stuff but nothing at all has seemed to work!! Pleaseee help me?!!

i am able to recieve email from all others,, but i cannot send email to anybody,, it says sent ..but it was not recieved by the reciever. inface i tried to send a mail to another of my email account, it didnot work,, but after sending it says as sent...

why cant i recieve messages from others on site I can send them but not recieve them

i just got the motorola triumph and i can send calls and recieve calls. but i cant send or recieve text messages. can someone tell me what is wrong? btw i have the 35 dollar plan with 300 minutes and unlimited messaging, data, and email

we are both using the same version of messenger and we used to be able to send files all the time...now he cant send them to me and vice versa..we can still do photo sharing but when it comes down to sending files ...music to be specific itll show that...
