Why do I keep getting communication error in chat?

I click to a catergory and instead of going to the chat room I get chat error......

Every time I log in I get a message saying "Internet Explorer script error" what can I do about it? also when I try to enter a chat room it tells me I have a microsoft error and asks if I want to send report and closes me out? Why?

I can get into one room but when I try to change rooms it gives me this error..what can I do about this..Sometimes I can't even get into one chat room before the error pops up....Also have been told that microsoft downloaded drwatson and that i don't...

I have messenger 8.1.0.421. I only get the communication error when I try to go one chat room. I can go to outher chat rooms with out a problem. Havae asked yahoo support with no ...show more

each time I try to get into a chat room....i either get sent to a different room than requested......or get a communication error....or a server error message.....when is this problem ...show more

I have road runner and can get into some of the chat rooms but when I try to go to the locations under romance, I get the communication error. Can anyone help me?
