Ok so, I have a newish 750 7 Series Samsung TV and a Samsung surround system. I also use Direct TV. I currently have it setup as such. HDMI From my Direct tv to my Television, and Optical Cable from the TV to the surround sound. I am unable to access any settings of the surround sound, because I guess there is no HDMI cable plugged into the surround sound, but I dont believe that is the issue. The front 3 speakers and the subwoofer work fine, but the two rear speakers have no sound coming from them...
