Why has my msn stopped working completely?

one day it just stopped working, eg. no coloured names extras etc. ive tried to repair it and ive uninstalled and reinstalled it still doesnt work? why?

It gives me a dialogue box with that error and only one option to close MSN, but if I minimize the box MSN will stay open for a little while. How do I fix it?

When i try to log in i get the error message 80070005 (Service is temporarily unavailable) I know msn is working because my brother has it on his laptop and can still use it.

i have also got messanger plus but for some reason they have all stopped showing me the smileys and just the key board short cut and now not working and any suggestion??

when I go on the computer, a message comes up saying that Windows Live Messenger has stopped working. I click debug, but It says I dont have a debug program.. What can I do?

I tried rebooting, restarting etc, then I went to add/remove programs and uninstalled, and redownloaded it, it still won't make it past the signing in point before freezing up totally. I do NOT want to download and use Windows Live messenger, though...
