Why is my skin itch when i exercise?

My legs burn and itch, and I see small brown/black dots appear on my skin (probably my keratosis pilaris) but they usually don't appear when I sit or lay down but when I walk they do or when I do jump ropes or run.

I had this most of my life. I am over 40. I have had fatigue issues most of my life too. I think this is related to my fatigue. My blood sugar has always tested normal. I have asked many doctors this question. No doctor has ever provided an answer.
