Why isn't Yahoo chat working?

i get bored sometimes and want to go into my chats and it hasnt been working for me at all lately whats wrong anyone else have this problem

wen i click on yahoo messenger icon , no im box appar and even in my mail my chat isnt working too but i can still received info that i have an offline message on my mailchat box but i cannot contact them back

Hi, just downloaded Yahoo Messenger 9, and the voice chat isn't working. I did the voice test and it works. Just that whenever I go to the chats, the voice bar doesnt even move/go up or anything, but it does show how many r listening... but no one can...

My audio system is working fine. But, unable to perform voice chat in Yahoo chat, although both parties can see the video. I also cannot find any options to test the audio in the Y!chat... I'm using v9.0 Any advice is most welcome. Thanks & best...
