Why isn't iTunes installing properly?

Ok so, I recently installed Visual Studio Ultimate, may have installed Visual Studio Tools on mistake, but most importantly I installed DirectX SDK (October 2005), then uninstalled it since I needed DirectX SDK (June 2010)... somewhere in the middle...
