Why wont my messenger plus work?

I had a pop up when i signed into msn saying try there new update of windows live messenger. But plus doesnt work on it, Is there another plus i have to download?

I have a Dell laptop with a webcam already integrated in it. Whenever I open my MSN Messenger my webcam won't work, it shows as if I don't have a webcam. I checked the tools setting and went on my audio and video setup to make sure everything was right...

i try to log on my yahoo messenger and ysupra but it wont let me also it wont let me download a new messenger

yahoo messenger icon is present , clik on it, hour glass appears but no messenger, can't uninstall it , no matter what i do yahoo messenger will not work, very frustrated.
