I am flying to the US in july. I received a police caution nearly 10 years ago. This will have been erased from file by now. Will the US Immigration have knowledge of my caution? Should I just tick 'no' on the Visa Waiver regarding any convictions? I did not go to court and was not charged. Has anyone else been in the same situation, and just ticked 'no' on the waiver about convictions, and got through Immigration ok? Please help
