Okay. So, every time i work out especially runnin (only 5 mins on a treadmill) i get a really tight tendons in my right foot/ankel, my left is fine but after my run when i stretch them my leg can only stretch about 30% of what the other leg can. its a really tgiht tendon that is near my foot and it goes across my ankle. Is there any medication i can take to loosen it up. i have alwasy ahd tight tendons but this is rediclouse. any medications or surgery you think i might need.
