Right swollen foot and ankle with NO pain?

i walked at the gym on monday for about an hour yesterday my foot was fine...i didn't jump skip twist sprain it..nothing but i wake up and now my left foot toward my heal and ankle hurt when i put my weight on it...and only when i put weight on it.....
