Are low-carb energy drinks healthy?

I am just wondering of any healthy energy drinks sold in Canada, well if not healthy then, "not unhealthy" cause I dont want one with alot of caffine

I used to love drinking red bull and monster on occasion. But I realized that my body is not loving it. I really need some sort of energy drink that will still keep me up and running, and wont hurt my body.
