I am feeling hot from 10 days. i feel like hot flashes and i feel like i have fever but when i take temperatur?

frm last 10 days i feel like hot flashes. i feel like i have fever but when i mark my temperature with the thermometer it shows less than normal. i donot feel fatigue,tired or aches but only a hot feeling. it is more in head, neck and upper part of the body. if any cold thing or object touches my body during this i feel very cold and a shock like feeling like a chill. also my palms remain very cold the whole day. it appears 10 to 12 times a day. this all are my symptoms what could it be? i want...
