Why we feel cold during fever,even body temperature is high?

Normal body temperature is 98.6, but people tend to start to get hot when it hits the 70s. Seems to me that it shouldn't get hot until the air around you is hotter than your body.

Central air conditioning or central heating results in temperature wars  in office or public places. It so happens that different people feel  temperature differently. Why?

I always thought we would feel no difference temperature, just being neutral...

IF the ambient temperature is lower than our body temperature - why should we experience the sensation of being hot?

I mean, if my body is ALREADY that hot, how come I start to feel like the outside air and temperature is getting hotter than I am at about 80° or anything below 98.6° for that matter?

A day or an object that is just under 100 F is very hot even thought that is the internal body temperature. Why?
