Integral! Finding center of Mass! HELP?

I am trying to work on this problem, and can't seem to figure them out. 1) A metal plate with constant density 5g/cm^2 has a shape bounded by y = sqrt(x) and the x-axis with 0 < or equal to x < or equal to1 (so x=1).. Determine the center of mass of the plate. So I need to find Xbar and Ybar, but have no idea about how to find them. Can someone help me out?

Answer:

If x = 1, then y = 1 as well.
