Im an average boy, 5'8 in height, 125lbs, and I have very little muscle in the arms(and not very good with push-ups), and I some fat left in my stomach area. Im not very athletic but I make it a point that I jog in the track as much as possible. How do I build muscle mass in my arms,chest, and stomach in a two months span?
