Ok so I tried to install Linux on my computer. So as I was taught I used a rewritable DVD. I burned the ISO onto the disc and put it in the PS3. The PS3 just recognizes as a data disc and nothing more and refuses to change the operating system. Also: I reformatted my hard drive already so that can't be the problem. I have downloaded just about every version of Linux I know and they were all ISO's but my PS3 is just being AGH. Please help!
