How to pass driving written test in Washington?

I got my license in Washington. Then I have been studying in California.I don't need to take driving test to get CA DL . I only need to pass the written test. I thought I was confident about myself so I didn't read the handbook. And Now I failed that...

Is the Washington state drive test hard? How about the written one? I'm taking both tests soon and I'm really nervous. I've had my permit for about a year, and I've also read the driving guide twice. How hard do you think it is to pass? Thank you!

I have a hard time memorizing the drivers handbook, I took the practice test and barely got any answers right what I learned. Will I be able to pass the real test if I memorize the answers from the practice test instead?

I thought it would be easy giving driving test in english, but i got 62 marks in the test and i need more than 90 marks to pass it. They wont give any book to me so that i can prepare in english. They only have chinese book that contains maybe 1000 questions...
