I'm having a real problem paying for an item on EBay. I have 100% positive feedback from sellers and have had no problem in the last few days paying anyone. I bought an ebook for 50p from a new seller (no wonder they didn't seem to have much negative feedback, they were totally new!) and usually I'm very careful but I figured there would be no trouble with a 50p item. I got the email invoice and pressed Pay Now and it just said 'seller cannot accept payment" and said the transaction was cancelled...
