i might be travaling to Asia where they have the different voltage i am looking for a camcorder with buit in hardrive and best for the price.

I'm looking to do a documentary and i have a budget but i'm looking for a fairly inexpensive camcorder (under 1000) that is small that i can take with me to shoot a quality documentary and that would be easy to edit with a MAC.

I need a camera that I can use to make movies, with, and then send them to my computer via USB. What kind of cameras can I get and in what price range? I want something REALLY high quality. I have a good bit of experience using a camera, so I don't care...
