What is the best camcorder to buy?

I am looking for an 8mm camcorder as I have a really hard time finding them. I have looked in many shops for an 8mm camcorder, but it seems like no one has an 8mm camcorder. I believe the net is the best place for me to be looking for an 8mm camcorder...
