Why Won't Photobucket let me sign up?

i go on photobucket on my phone and it says sign in and i sign in and it just keeps say sign in.

Well, out of all three accounts that I have, YouTube will only let me sign into one. When I click on "sign in" it will take me to the sign in page as always. But, after I sign into my account, it will just go to the homepage still saying "...
