When you look at moonrise/moonset calendars how is it that somedays the moon sets without rising?

For example for the city of espanola, ON on June 7 the moon data is rise (23:55) set (9:13) then June 8th Rise(either say None or Previous Day) and set (10:26). So any way I look at the moon manages to set without rising.
