Why won't Myspace and facebook let me sign in?

I was going on my laptop, & I noticed that facebook was blocked from my computer. So, I thought "screw it", I'll go on myspace, & that was blocked too. Aim AND meebo is blocked. Youtube is blocked. Tokbox is blocked. MSN is blocked...

I realise that advertising does have potential to make profit online, but is there other ways for Myspace/Facebook sites to make profit as it's Free to sign up profiles. Please let me know your answers, Thanks.
