I have a canon printer. I was printing something when I realized I was low on magenta ink so I replaced the magenta ink cartridge but none of the others. Prior to this My printer had printed in color perfectly fine. Afterward, when I tried to print something, it only printed the black portions. It was not printing in gray scale, but only printing the black portions of the document I was trying to print. Afterwards, I bought a brand new printer with brand new ink, and we are having the same problem...
